Cannot Rename Dial-Up Networking Connection

When we try to rename a Dial-Up Networking tie upon a Expand Dial-Up Networking menu, a tie might not be renamed.

To finalise this problem, rename a Dial-Up Networking tie in a Dial-Up Networking folder.

For report about how to rename a file:
1. click Start

2. click Help

3. click a Index tab, sort renaming,

4.double-click a Renaming Files topic.
