Cannot entrance Add Remove Window Components in Control Panel
Problem:
“I get an blunder message: Setup was incompetent to open report record netoc.inf. Contact your complement administrator.”
I am a sys admin.
Possible Solution:
Insert a Windows XP CD
Go to Start>> Run. Type in: Expand C:i386NETOC.IN_ -rC:WindowsInf [Enter]
Note: C: is used if which is where Windows XP is installed.
