Correcting System Hang during Startup

Answer:
If your complement hangs about 2 or 3 mins during startup, where we can’t entrance a Start symbol or a Taskbar, it might be due to a single specific use (Background Intelligent Transfer) using in a background. Microsoft put out a vegetable patch for this though it didn’t work for me. Here’s what we do:

1.Click upon Start/Run, sort ‘msconfig’, afterwards click ‘OK’.

2. Go to a ‘Services’ tab, find a ‘Background Intelligent Transfer’ service, invalidate it, request a changes & reboot.

This complaint with a Background Intelligent Transfer Service should have been prepared in Windows refurbish Q 314862, partial of Service Pack 1.
