Outlook Express lets we emanate as well as perspective email in HTML instead of only in solid text.
To emanate an HTML message, click a Compose Message symbol upon a categorical menu. In a New Message menu, name Format/Rich Text (HTML). A latest toolbar appears which contains customary HTML formatting buttons for fonts, lists, images, as well as lines. You can operate these buttons to emanate sharp HTML email which your recipients can perspective possibly in HTML-ready email programs or in a Web browser.

NOTE: Not all mail program can review HTML pages, so unless we know a target can review this format send a mail in content format.
